Important: MojoPosts provides you with a shareable link to your purchased card. We do not send emails, text messages, or any communications on your behalf. You are solely responsible for sharing the link with your intended recipient.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Service and make purchases. By using MojoPosts, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
When making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Services Agreement.

Upon successful payment, you will receive a unique URL link to access and share your digital card. This link is your proof of purchase and the method of delivery for your Digital Product.
Due to the immediate digital delivery nature of our products, our refund policy is as follows:
All sales are final. Once a digital card is created and a unique link is generated, the product has been fully delivered and we generally cannot offer refunds. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that digital delivery begins immediately upon payment.

If you believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us first at support@mojoposts.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in collection actions and termination of service access.
You retain ownership of any personal messages or content you include in your cards. However, by using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content solely for the purpose of delivering your card.

All content, features, and functionality of MojoPosts, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, animations, and software, are the exclusive property of David Loney and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from our Service without express written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MOJOPOSTS, ITS OWNER, AFFILIATES, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MojoPosts, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
For Users in Canada: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
For Users in the United States: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may proceed with formal dispute resolution as outlined above.
Canadian Consumers: Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) or equivalent provincial consumer protection legislation.
US Consumers: Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable state consumer protection laws.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MojoPosts regarding your use of the Service.
